2. Shipping Eligibility

  • Our shipping services are available only within the state of Minnesota, in compliance with local and state cannabis regulations.
  • Customers must be at least 21 years old and provide valid identification upon delivery.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Orders are processed daily between 12pm-9pm
  • Orders placed before 10 pm will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or supply shortages.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3-4 business hours.
  • Expedited Delivery: 4-5 business hours (if available).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and order volume.

5. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our dispatch center.
  • A flat delivery fee may apply for specific zones, while orders outside of these areas may incur additional charges.

Orders above a certain value ($250) may qualify for free delivery

6. Delivery Process

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS once their order has been dispatched.
  • Our delivery personnel will verify the recipient’s age and identity before handing over the order.
  • If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, a reattempt may be made, subject to additional charges.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or addresses outside of Minnesota.
  • Orders containing cannabis products will only be delivered to residential addresses or businesses where permitted by law.
  • Deliveries will not be made to government facilities, schools, or public spaces.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability, or failure to provide valid identification, the order may be rescheduled with additional fees.
  • After two failed attempts, the order may be canceled, and a restocking fee may be applied.

9. Tracking and Notifications

  • Customers will receive real-time updates via email or SMS regarding their order status.
  • Tracking details may be available through our website for certain orders.

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Customers may modify or cancel their orders within 5 hours before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

  • If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a resolution.
  • We may require photo evidence or the return of incorrect items before issuing replacements or refunds.

12. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the provided shipping address is accurate and accessible.
  • Be available to receive the order during the estimated delivery timeframe.
  • Present valid government-issued identification for age verification.
